This policy describes how information provided through the DARQEVON corporate website is handled. It covers website activity only.

Information we receive

Details you submit voluntarily through the enterprise enquiry form: name, job title, organisation, company website, business email, country or region, enquiry type, Oil & Gas segment or organisation type, professional verification URL, business purpose, and authority and policy confirmations.
Standard technical information generated when a browser requests or uses a page, which may include pageviews, visits or sessions, referral source, device and browser information, website performance and engagement measurements, and security logs held by website infrastructure providers.
The website does not request sensitive personal information, and file attachments are not accepted.

To review and respond to genuine business enquiries concerning enterprise discussions, licensing, strategic partnership or acquisition.
To operate the website, deliver multilingual corporate videos, understand aggregate website and content use, and improve website performance and content.
To measure video language selection and engagement in anonymous or aggregate form where the configured analytics functionality supports it.
To maintain the security and integrity of the website and prevent abuse of the enquiry channel.

DARQEVON uses Mux to host and adaptively stream the multilingual corporate videos. When a video player is loaded or used, Mux may receive technical information needed for delivery, playback operation, and playback or performance measurement.
DARQEVON does not intentionally send names, email addresses, organisation details or business enquiry content to Mux.
The website is hosted through Lovable infrastructure. Private project analytics may provide aggregate website activity when available, and Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical security information to protect the enquiry form against automated abuse.

Enquiry submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections and delivered server-side to a private business mailbox.
Credentials and configuration used for delivery are held server-side and are never exposed in the website front end.
The corporate website operates as separate infrastructure from the DARQEVON demonstration and licensed environments.

Enquiry correspondence is retained only for as long as it remains relevant to the business discussion or is required for legitimate record-keeping.
Material of no continuing relevance is removed in the ordinary course of business.

Website and infrastructure analytics may include pageviews, sessions, approximate country or region, referral source, device or browser details, engagement, performance measurements and aggregate traffic trends. Country or region is approximate and may be derived by infrastructure providers from ordinary network information such as IP-based geography; the website does not collect precise GPS location for analytics.
DARQEVON does not sell visitor information, use advertising profiling, intentionally deploy cross-site advertising pixels, fingerprint browsers, or attempt to infer an anonymous visitor’s employer or industry from browser traffic.
Oil & Gas Segment / Organisation Type is supplied voluntarily by an enquirer. It is not inferred from anonymous traffic, and DARQEVON does not create a marketing database retaining raw visitor IP addresses merely for analytics.
The optional custom analytics integration remains inactive unless configured by the owner. Where analytics operate, DARQEVON aims to keep reporting aggregate and privacy-conscious wherever practical.

Where applicable law grants rights over information relating to you — such as access, correction or deletion — you may raise a request through the enquiry form.
The website is accessible internationally; enquiry information may be reviewed from a location other than your own.
Website, video, security and hosting providers may process technical information from locations outside your country as part of providing their services.
This policy states current practice. It does not assert any certification or formal regulatory approval.
